The Mexican restaurant’s story traces back to founder Dr Sam Prince, who launched the first restaurant in 2005 whilst a 21-year-old medical student. From humble beginnings with $16,000 in savings, the brand now comprises over 250 locations across Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, the US and UK.
