The REIQ recently reported the latest housing market statistics which showed Albany Creek median house price increasing to $575,000, slightly down by -1.3% from the last 12 months, but up by 19.2% over the last 5 years. In the 2nd quarter of 2018, there were 37 homes sold in the suburb.
