The over 30s competition is a great way to keep fit and socialise with a top bunch of girls.
Teams for 2018
We plan on registering 2 Overs 30s teams.
Competition details
Runs from 16th March 2018 to Friday 21st September.
Games are generally on Friday nights with the occasional Sunday game (1 or 2 a season).
Training on Tuesday nights (encouraged but not compulsory).
40 mins each half with unlimited subs.
No slide tackles or rough play.
Back to club house after the game for a drink and a chat.
