Cup now best opportunity for success this season – coach Pouria Nabi
CUP football is back at Wolter Park tomorrow night – this time it’s ACE in action.
The Canale Cup is down to the quarter-finals with ACE taking on BPL rivals Easts, kick-off 7.30pm.
After last week’s Premier League defeat at Mitchelton, focus on the Canale Cup has sharpened for coach Pouria Nabi and his squad.
ACE have already beaten Easts (1-0) at Wolter Park this season in the Premier League and drawn (1-1) in the return at Heath Park.
“The cup is probably the best chance now for ACE to enjoy this season,” said Pouria.
“We have an opportunity to go further in this competition, but we need to get the job done.”
